  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

A structured, goal-oriented form of therapy for identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviours, using practical, evidence-based tool, links between thoughts, feelings, and actions.

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy

An action-orientated, mindfulness-based therapy that fosters acceptance of thoughts and feelings, rather than controlling or avoiding them, with actions aligned with personal values.

  • Motivational Interviewing

A collaborative, goal-oriented counselling style to strengthen personal motivation for change by exploring and resolving ambivalence about unhelpful behaviours, such as addictions, health behaviours, and mental healht concerns.

  • DBT-Informed Therapy

A modified, flexible approach that incorporates core principles of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. It combines cognitive-behavioural techniques with mindfulness, emphasising skills training for emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness.
